We loved our stay here. Everything was as described. It was peaceful and quiet. We loved having the hot tub after long hikes, and the fire pit as well. The cowboy pool was great too. The kitchen is equipped nicely, and everything being labeled was a nice touch too. All the ladies were so easy to communicate with. The house is in a great location to the grocery store, restaurants, as well as several trail heads that were beautiful, right out the back door (thunder mountain), and the house is located in a nice quiet area, outside the traffic and such of downtown Sedona (I think they actually say uptown). Highly recommend this house.

If you’re lucky enough to book this air bnb, you have won the Sedona lottery! The amenities are endless, the views from the house are INCREDIBLE, the property is private but still close enough to the necessities. Short driving distance to the grocery store, easy drives to popular hikes and into town. The trailheads close to the house were some of our favorites. The hot tub and cold plunge were clean (we didn’t use the cowboy pool). The telescope and games were a great touch and got plenty of use. Overall this was a fantastic property at a great place in an amazing location! We are counting down the days until we can come back!!

We had a great stay at this lovely home. It was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed – It had everything that you would need. The owner is so responsive with suggestions or questions about the house. The location is ideal. The grounds are well appointed and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for having us!

Wow. What an amazing house and location. This is the best AIRBNB i've ever had in 10 years. Everything was just as listed. Labels everywhere inside the house to diminish any confusion. Everything WORKS which is rare on AIRBNB. Hiking trail a few minutes around the corner and the best scenic bike ride you will ever take. This was actually a second stop on the trip for us and by the end we agreed we should of just did the whole trip here. I normally write one-sentence reviews but this place deserves praise.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Had an AWESOME time. This is a really cool house, with a huge backyard and a bunch of toys, hot tub, gas fire pit, bikes, etc. The location is great, you are up close to Capital Butte. Lots of great trails are super close, Bear mountain, Devils Bridge, Thunder mountain, Chimney rock, Coffee pot rock, Seven sacred pools, soldiers wash and many more. We hiked them all. House is also super close to all restaurants and shops in the area. Best of all, Kim and crew are just incredible stewards of the property. could not ask for better support. Thank you Kim. Hope to come back at some point.
