This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Sedona home offers plenty of room to relax, gather, and recharge. The primary suite features a king bed, a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and an adjoining room with a double daybed and trundle for additional sleeping space. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with access to a full bath. The Arizona room offers even more flexibility with a convertible sectional that transforms into a full-size sofa bed. A convenient half bath serves the main living area, while the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space creates an easy flow for meals and time together. Outside, the large fully fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Sedona.
Other Details to Note
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras are located outside the home only. There are no cameras inside the property. Traveling with a dog? We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs, and the home features a fully fenced yard for added convenience. Please note that cats are not permitted due to the owner’s allergy. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE: Our Cold Plunge tub is available for an additional fee of $10/day for the length of your stay. Seasonal wildfire conditions: Sedona and the surrounding forest can experience elevated wildfire risk, smoke, trail closures and temporary fire restrictions during dry or windy periods. Conditions can change quickly and are outside the host’s control. Guests should check current local and forest guidance before hiking or using outdoor flames and follow all active fire restrictions.
