Good to know
Direct access to private back yard with propane grill and fire pit. Walking distance to trails, restaurants, health food stores, bike shop. You can easily walk to Airport Mesa Vortex from here (about a mile), and I have information on all the vortex sites and hiking or biking trails available. You are really in the heart of all Sedona has to offer here!
Other Details to Note
Tap water is very drinkable on this street (no chlorine or fluoride). Recyclables such as cardboard, paper, plastic and glass bottles, and can be placed in the blue recycling bin under the cooktop counter in the kitchen.

Location
The most flexibility comes from bringing or renting your own car. We have several Uber drivers in town and a bus line to Cottonwood and some areas of Sedona. You can also hire a tour guide to drive you around. I have information on a few of them that are recommended. Finally, there are quite a few great hiking trails within walking distance of my house, as well as restaurants and shops. Many of my guests do very well without a car!
